Rental Policy

50% of your first month's rent is due at time of booking with the remainding portion due 2 weeks prior to check in.

Our current rate is $2500/month or 999.00/week. If you are a shands proton therapy patient, the rate is $1900/mth

There is also a manditory $199 cleaning charge due at the time of check in.
